I would love to have all that space. Wouldn't want to mow it though. We have 3 acres but all wooded except .75 acres. It does give us good privacy.

I specifically built a 2 car garage because of plans to build a detached. It's in the works. A detached 3 car, 1000 sqft, with pull through access, and a carport on the side of it.

It's not too bad. I have a Scag 61 zero turn, 61 inch velocity deck. So I can mow at about 11-12 mph. Like this one:

I just don't get those fckin things. First, people are paying 60-100k for them, and with all of them you have to tow them.
In that price range, why wouldn't they just get an RV? Half the time you can get more sq ft out of an RV. Makes no damn sense.
