Former Clemson football running back CJ Fuller has died, Clemson confirmed in a statement Wednesday night.

Fuller was 22 years old.

Sounds like it. Seizures are pretty rare with those but it can happen. I guess we'l find out eventually. Pretty sad for a guy so young.

My understanding was that he was rehabbing after a recent knee surgery making Pulmonary embolism highly likely

"Seizure" (which happens to a hypoxic brain during death often) or "cardiac arrest" doesnt really tell you why they died.

Everyone dies of "cardiac arrest."
