Seems like the only thought the guy did was to put the mascots on the helmet for every SEC team and then to mess around with the colors.

In nearly every instance, not only did it not work, but spectacularly so.

I’d go a little further and say just the letter on his turtleneck. Your post is still my favorite all time logo. I’m just not sure it brings on the helmet. Keep the script or go block F. Nothing else.

THIS...Though I don't mind a "limited" new look...Oregon is a perfect example...Over the top.

However, I find Bama and PedoState boring and dated.

Again, I think the 1990's colors would have a much bigger impact.

I’m a traditionalist, but I’m not against new designs. However, they better look good. There are graphics that have already been fully integrated and accepted by the fans, like the current Gator head. I could understand playing around with that, but NOT the 10th grade art project the article proposed.
