[h=1]College Football Power Rankings - Week 5[/h]
2 Alabama
4-0

3
Last Week: 5
301The Tide made too many mistakes against Florida, but their sheer talent is overwhelming. Amari Cooper looked like a Heisman finalist, and Blake Sims looked good enough to take Alabama to the playoff.

4 Texas A&M
4-0
--

Last Week: 4
286Finally. The Aggies play a meaningful game again. After outscoring three cupcakes 169-19, the Aggies get into the heart of their SEC schedule, where we'll find out just how good they are.

6 Auburn
3-0
--

Last Week: 6
263If Auburn is going to make the playoff, it has to be better offensively. Six ranked SEC teams are on the schedule, and 2.8 yards per carry won't get the Tigers too far.

10 Georgia
2-1

2
Last Week: 12
182More fun for Georgia fans: watching their team beat up Troy or watching South Carolina squeak past Vandy? The latter was more entertaining. That should change this week against Tennessee.
13 Mississippi State
4-0

13
Last Week: NR
161Believe it. The Bulldogs are another SEC West team to be taken seriously. That division will make it hard for anyone to make the playoff unscathed, but MSU is good enough to win it.
13 South Carolina
3-1
--

Last Week: 13
161"We've all seen good football teams," coach Steve Spurrier said. "We ain't one." And they won. What does that say about Georgia? Is there really a favorite anymore in the SEC East?

20 LSU
3-1

12
Last Week: 8
74The loss to Mississippi State was just the beginning. LSU still has to face Auburn, Ole Miss, Alabama and Texas A&M. Good luck getting through that gauntlet without another loss.

47 on Defense is bad, but the Offensive stats are not a fair gauge, we've had one less game than everyone else (and a cupcake at that) to pad our stats on offense.

It also is counting the OT stats against KY which helps the offense look better than it has been in reality. That 40 points a game in reality is about 35 points and the yardage is about 439.

Well, does Alabama having us on the schedule slant their stats as a 'cupcake' game and should not count?
I mean, they ran/threw over us worse than has ever been done. Are we not 'cupcakes' ourselves?

Same junk on offense and now the defense is slipping. No way to defend the Chump any longer. Pumpers please report to Carrousel.
