The next time you’re in that Bluff’s Shopping Center Publix, check out the really colorful section located (I think) in the back right. There’s a sign that says “Produce”. You can’t miss it.

Isn't that where they let the cattle graze and pigs root before they take them in back to be processed?

In all seriousness, I bought a package of Bell peppers and scalloped radishes from that Publix last week and the peppers had mold on them and the radishes had rotten pieces inside the bags.

This is the first time I've had an issue like this at Publix.

Don’t tell Seedy but I’ve been eating very well. I left him some porridge in the fridge.

The lobster almost looks like it’s trying to crawl off the edge of the plate . Beats the bell out of porridge . Hopefully it wasn’t too hot for him .

Babyback Ribs on the Green Egg. Cooked 2 1/2 hrs at 210 degrees, wrapped in foil with sauce and a smidgeon of apple cider and cooked at 210 for another hour. Used homemade rub. IMG_0537.JPG IMG_0540.JPG

Going with fried redfish & speckled trout, cheese grits and spiked baked beans.

Added cane syrup, yeller mustard and Tobasco sauce to the beans.

Went to an Asian restaurant. Dad loves calimari but he didn’t expect them to be as big as cheese sticks. They were more tender than I thought they would be.

I had the crab explosion sushi. It was a shrimp tempura sushi roll topped with crab. It was perfect! If Seedy asks, it was porridge.
