Jerk chicken thighs from the egg with Jamaican red beans and rice. The marinade had a couple of scotch bonnets diced and puréed into mix and by itself (the marinade - more of a paste really) was smokin hot. Somehow, it didn’t translate to making the chicken crazy hot. There was the hint of hot and phenomenal flavors over all, but I have no idea where the heat went.
