They probably didn't want to clean that cast iron dutch oven Thighs look delicious.Chicken thighs in an orange honey soy sriracha chili glaze. Homemade artisan sourdough bread. Creamy Parmesan orzo rice. And the teenagers left before dinner was ready. Might as well have made cereal.

Thats a southern country meal!Northern bean soup with Ham hocks and cornbread.
Anyone have a good recipe or guidance for stir fry? My wife wants it and I'm going to do it on the Blackstone.
Thanks @CDGator What kind of noodles do you use?
At Kroger in the Asian section they actually have a package called "lo mein" noodles. At our Asian market I've bought rice noodles and udon. Still experimenting but some people do use regular pasta noodles. I definitely need to learn more but the family has liked it so far. Looking forward to hearing what you make.

My go-to combo for burgers and steaks:
The teenagers and their friends request the burgers for birthdays. We love the garlic on the steak which a purist frowns upon.
Leary’s garlic salt is a staple of my grilling rubs. Steaks and burgers get Larry’s garlic salt and course black pepper
Did you ever figure out how to make your own noodles w/the KitchenAid?
So sorry if not. One of these days, I'm going to come visit. Hope you won't be insulted if I bring my own machine (and attachments).
Looks like I found the right thread, however my camera issy doomboo. Too bad, because I made some killer fat filets, with some onion demi glace, fancy potatoes, (NO salad, alas, Mr. BG brought home KALE instead of salad greens)...but I had some pretty asparagas in the freezer from earlier this summer when it was pefectomundo! A nice red (and some store bought cheesecake, gah!) finished dinner tonight.
Hey Blonde!
We had the kitchenaid attachment for about 2 minutes before it broke and returned it. It was a lot of fun for a minute but too expensive if it wasn't reliable. We did try some cheese ravioli and shrimp/pork pot stickers though! Well worth doing again. Come see us and we will take a girls trip to Castle & Key Distillery! Your steaks sound amazing.
It is the bomb! We buy it at Costco in the large container because it goes in so many dishes.
Our Sams has it too I think. Probably $6 compared to $3 for a small bottle at the grocery.Just realized my phone kept auto correcting
I’m gonna have to make a Costco run then. Had to order it off Amazon last time because our grocery store is always sold out
