Kids are gone tonight. We did a lot of yard work in the fence rows today so after a long nap I was really hungry. Blackened grouper, lobster, jalapeño poppers, baked potato, and asparagus from the garden.

And they lived happily ever after….in bed.I generally think Lagasse is way over the top. But the wife and I did eat our post wedding dinner at his place in Vegas and he came out to congratulate us and made our dinner including the chateauabriand table side. Maybe the wrong thread. Maybe the right one. Not sure. Anyway I’m rolling with it.
And they lived happily ever after….in bed.

Sure, but I almost always have carbs of some kind (rice, potatoes, pasta) at dinner. Outside of some non-diet related health issues, my Dr. says I’m in remarkable shape. I do tend to avoid junk food and sweets, and try to eat a fair bit of fruits and veggies. I also drink a fair bit of wine!@Gator By Marriage - Don't get me wrong because I do love carbs but do you ever have a meal that doesn't include pasta?
Lotta carbs there...........
I don't have a problem with carbs. The more the better.Lotta carbs there...........
