Misstating others opinions to make your seems reasonable always works out well..........
Glad to hear. At least you have that going for you.
I answered your question but you can't seem to comprehend my answer. I even dumbed it down for you and you still can't get it. That, or probably more accurate, your just trolling. So here it is for you again. YES (<-- dumbed down version given several responses back. Scroll up ... read ... comprehend before you reply again). The more indepth answer ... talent isn't the only factor that determines wins and losses. Getting all your talent in line and on the same page takes just as much coaching as it does to take the talent a player comes with to realize their true potential. It aint binary dude. As for the second part about me being stupid and setting a low bar ... again, you can't comprehend a damn thing I write. I am talking about the floor and you are talking about the ceiling. From where we came (the floor), the Peach Bowl is a great accomplishment! That is the point. Nobody is setting a bar as if the Peach Bowl should be our goal every year. The comment of mine you leached onto and keep trying to pound your square peg into your round hole wasn't even talking about expectations and goals. It was a response to negative comment that degraded the performance of our teams accomplishment of turning the program around. It was about the floor and how far above it we got this season versus last season. Funny thing is ... you are aggressively agreeing with me but you don't seem to understand it. So to you ... all I say is ... #8.
Who knows ... another year of Chump versus getting Butters might have our reality right now a lot different. At this time, advocating to not give Chump a 5th year is advocating for Foley to hire Butters. But ... that is a red herring to what you are getting at that I do not really disagree with.
No just fcking with someone I see is an apologist. Again, this is a dancing answer. it's yes, but not yes... because of reasons. It's yes or no... did he under perform with the talent he had. it was year three 60+% of the roster was his recruits. You are making excuses. It was Butters job to get the talent inline if he didn't, that is on coaching. If you are saying we had 9/10 win talent and the coach didn't put them in position to succeed. That is it, there is not other indepth to it. I'm going to guess you were a butters apologist last year. Nope, it's not. If the previous staff was so bad with talent that was obviously better than how it was coached. 9'/10 wins with our schedule should have been expected. This level of see how far we rose is you showing how far the bar has been lowered for you. Except you are so far down the rabbit hole you don't see it.
No , after the loss at home to South Carolina and the pathetic special teams I cashed it in on him.. I was wrong to support him that long.
Byrd with a little Tabasco.
T vs. tee might be fun.
So to play your silly game ... let me flip the scrip on you. You say 9-10 win season is expected. Stop dancing. Which is it? 9 or 10 wins? AND DON'T DANCE AROUND ANSWERING IT!!!! Look ... talent is just talent. All it shows is potential (ceiling) and not realized results. Last season, we had the talent to go 4-7 because our players didn't realize all their potential. Its pretty obvious, especially after this season, that coaching was the biggest part of it. With the current roster, I dont think our talent is going to get us a much better outcome next year than we got this year. I think Mullen got just about everything he could out of this years talent. UK and Mizzou are hard to swallow but think he got more out of his talent than Coach O did of his against LSU. Year two is going to be a very telling year. Its hard to go through a process again with the same motivation that drove you before. I think next year is more about the players staying committed and truly wanting it than it is about Mullen 'coaching' it out of them. For us to make steps next year it will have to be because what we did this year becomes institutionalized. That is what I am getting at ... it is dynamic and not a this or that type thing.
Mac did? Hahahaha Mac was and is a total loser who never won jack and never will. As for my moms skirt, she died 10 years ago and I don't ever remember her wearing one. Now, how are those cupcakes turning out?
Peach Bowl = National Championship. Ask UCF.
You're going to fun to play with. If we had the talent to go 4-7 then the coaches did their job... what are you trying to say. If they reached their potential at 4-7, it's by good coaching. No, you are making excuses. It's a coaches job to get the most of the talent. Dude you really enjoy talking in circles... because you make an argument, then back track. The disprove your own argument. Mullen gets to year 3, at that point 60+% of the roster will be his recruits. The issue I have is you comparing it to last season. Last season was the exception not the rule. The talent last year should have won 9/10 games, but didn't due to coaching. This year we did. The question comes in is Mullen going to get us talent that we aren't 9/10 win team, but a 12/14 win team.
It's on a sweatshirt and hat, must be true
Personally, I think Ox brought Wing in to get us over the millionth post! Keep at em Wing! You'll be fine here.
You are either a fvvking moron or a troll. Most likely, a moron troll.
I'm not the one who set the bar at 4-7.
Ahh ... you have me confused with Foley. Thats not me.
And obviously, with horrible coaching we had the talent to go 4-7. Though, I think Butters could have squeezed another loss in there. So I would probably say we had the talent to go 3-7 last year. At that point ... I just dont think Butters could even F it up more than that.
