As Deet mentioned above, how do you pick just one?

Here’s a few I’m a fan of - in addition to those posted:

Live and Let Die - Wings

Against All Odds - Phil Collins (An absolute crime this lost at the Academy Awards to “I Just Called to Say I love You.” Really?) Song was definitely better than the movie.

Chariots of Fire - Vangelis (Whenever I hear this song it makes me want to go for a run; and I hate running.)

Never on Sunday - Melina Mercouri. (Remember, I lived in Cyprus for 4 years; this was definitely my favorite Taverna song). I actually grew up on the Andy Williams version, from his greatest hits that my mother played incessantly.

Moon River - (from Breakfast at Tiffany’s) Audrey Hepburn is probably the most charming woman ever born, but give me the Andy Williams version. (Why? See above.)

The Entertainer - (from The Sting) Scott Joplin. Classic example of Ragtime.

Don’t you Forget About Me - (from The Breakfast Club) Simple Minds.

I Will Always Love You - (from The Bodyguard) Ok, a bit ghey; but damn that woman had a phenomenal voice. Never really cared for the movie.

I knew I was going to enjoy Pulp Fiction when it started out with a dance classic from my teens. Throw in the Statler Bros and you’ve got a classic eclectic movie soundtrack.

I know. I’m just busting your chops.

I recognized the music but didn’t know the names of the songs. Then I bought a Gator Band CD to play on road trips to away games and finally put the names to the music. That was in the 90’s.

I didn’t learn the words to the alma mater or the fight song till the Urban era. Heck, I didn’t even know there were words.

You talking about the Campus Arts? That’s where they used to show porn movies…or so I’ve been told.
 I’m pretty sure it showed those as well.

That name doesn’t ring a bell. Maybe it was next to Poor Paul’s?

Was it Randy’s Campus Theater?

Yes, that Was the name after Campus Arts. It was up the hill to the east of Poor Paul’s and Bullwinkles.
