Captain Sasquatch;n64678 said:Well Leak doesn't coach Driskel, he coaches the WRs. I'm sure he gives him some coaching tips and advice on occasion, but he isn't the QB coach.

TheDouglas78;n64693 said:Yes, which is why I asked the question and most of last season. He is a servicable guy, but not a guy with "it"
GMDGATOR;n64695 said:Between Glennon and Mckown, you don't think Glennon is clearly better? I am not saying he is Tom Brady, but he is way better than Mckown who was named the starter before the first practice.... that was my point...

TheDouglas78;n64697 said:They are two different styles of play, but in the end the same level of quarterback. I would have gone with Glennon, but would prefer to have neither. There is a reason McCown has been a back up for 12 years a 5 game stretch against bad competition doesn't change that. They should have gone out and got a quarterback, not another backup.

GMDGATOR;n64699 said:the team responded to Glennon yesterday like they haven't all year... He is solid and doesn't make dumb decisions.... Guy can be a good starter in this league...
TheDouglas78;n64706 said:He is just a guy in the league. he will probably rank between 12-32 as a starter. Not a guy who will carry you to a championship. Its not like when you saw other guys you know have "it" when they first started in the NFL you could see they were special. This guy is servicable, but just that.
GMDGATOR;n64711 said:I disagree.... He has only had 1/2 of a season... awful early for you to call him "just a guy." I am not a bucs fan, but he looks like starter material to me... especially with some seasoning and coaching...

you can also tell these guys are married with a family of their own. Because they didn’t even ask why there was only one glove, and if there was any chance of finding the matching counterpart. They’ve seen this episode before.AlexDaGator said:If they search my house, they will find lots of pairs of gloves (and some toddler mittens too). So, the first question is whether the glove in question is connected to the kidnapper. Then, the next question is when was it found and has it been forensically examined. They may have found it right away on day one and just didn't announce it. Evidence is often (almost always) withheld from the public unless it helps the investigation. If it was just discovered, then why the delay? Why wasn't it found sooner? Was it really well concealed? OJ jokes aside, leaving a glove behind is really dumb.
I need somebody to make a "CSI: Mayberry" meme.Swamp Donkey said:Obviously, the cops would bring four uhauls to your house and take all gloves and clothing, plus everything else from your home.

Has incompetence impacted every aspect of local/state/fed govt?

in fairness, if this Savannah is anything like my wife, the glove was probably in the toaster oven.g8tr72 said:FNC reporting that a glove has been found inside the Guthrie home. How can it be found 10+ days after the event? Has incompetence impacted every aspect of local/state/fed govt?
