I think any school practicing and playing during the pandemic is at serious risk of a class action player lawsuit once the first player gets sick and is disabled or dies. Perfect storm to add racism as a factor in a jury trial now too. I think the best outcome we can hope for is a delay.

Of note in the US alone, 25,000 people age 15-25 have died from COVID per the CDC. Not sure what the planetary or intergalactic totals are.

 

He will claim those numbers are made up. The new theory that doctors are breaking their Hippocratic oath and are risking their careers and that hospitals are risking gigantic fines to make their hospitals an extra 20% or whatever the number is per treated patient if they diagnose someone with covid. These numbers include patients in the age range that had stage 4 pancreatic and brain cancer, type 28 diabetes, are morbidly obese chain smokers that fell down a flight of stairs and broke their neck all before blowing their brains out. Oh, and they had COVID antibodies so that's a COVID "death". And even better - they count them twice - at their home address and where they actually croaked.

But I do agree - there will be lawsuits and lots of them because we're a nation of litigious pussies and it might take all of one phone call to find one bloodsucking lawyer to take a "COVID liability case" and turn it into a class action suit.

My bad I thought it was donk who replied since he was actually who I was addressing originally and ya I still thought I was talking to him and got confused.
