Not on your life. Last time I tried deep sea fishing I got sick as a dog. I was on aircraft carriers. Not little bouncy boats! And for good reason.

Ok, well maybe then. lol I thought grouper were out in really deep water on shipwrecks and stuff. Shows how little I know about salt water fish.

The grouper are in maybe 10-15 foot of water on rock piles and the redfish are in 3-6 foot of water all the way up to 12inches of water under trees

Had a nice red fish trip yesterday. We wanted three fish and caught them quickly. Also caught a fish I couldn't identify. I am going to try to post a picture.

So my son Braxton is a great baseball player but he loves to fish. Me being a full time baseball coach now wishes he would put in a tad more work when it comes to baseball. However, I'm learning that this kid loves to fish. He found this creek / pond today and caught these on his own. I was watching the game. Not bad for a 12 yr old w'o adult supervision!

The area around my dock is flooded with those little turds. They have been here for months. It makes using bait near impossible. I resort to lures or live mullet which are as big as the snappers.

The catfish bite has been on fire this fall. Since Oct 3rd I've had trips where I caught 22, 16, 10, 19, 20, and 30 fish. All blue cats.

Fished this weekend out of Steinhatchee and had a nice Red drum over 6 pounds and three nice trout.
