Caught these Sunday at Sisters Creeks which is essentially the intercoastal and tributaries near the mouth of the St. Johns River. My tackle was a little light for the 28" red. After he spins me around to the right at about the 23 second mark you can see him splash off my right shoulder. Then he proceeds to rip off about 30-40 yards of line while i'm trying to tighten my drag. You can see his wake when he does this and you can see him splashing back and forth off in the distance. Then the mug runs straight at me and I'm reeling in line as fast as possible. Great Fun! Catching a good redfish is always an adventure.

This was a 22 inch red that drug me up in the grass. This dude went back and forth like a chicken with his head cut off.

Nice yak TAG. I'm looking at the Perception Striker 11.5 Angler myself. I'm just too damn cheap to get the Pescador.

Good stuff Ox. Now we know what you're doing when you're offline. You still have the story on that sailfish handy?

Get whatever you can Nav. You won't regret it. The pescador is the same hull as the Wilderness Tarpon only have as much. The deck on the Tarpon is much nicer though. The seat sits off the deck and the hatches are much better quality. If you're serious about it and could afford it that would be my recommendation.

The best advice I would give anybody is get what you can easily haul around. The easier it is for you the more you'll use it.

Hi Tag/Ox. I live in Jax and fish quite a bit. I have an inshore boat but mainly fish offshore with buddies. I will try and post up some pics.
