Poll finds Florida's race for governor is too close to call
I wonder if that poll is manipulated for a result or people don't realize what he is about yet.
This RDD telephone survey was conducted from August 30 – September 3, 2018 throughout the state of Florida. Responses are reported for 785 self-identified likely voters with a margin of sampling error of +/- 4.3 percentage points, including the design effect. Margins of sampling error for subgroups are available upon request. Surveys are conducted in English or Spanish dependent on respondent preference with live interviewers calling landlines and cell phones. All data was collected and tabulated by the Quinnipiac University Poll. Damn. Alchy dropping some knowledge.
Figured I'd do some research on Red Tide, Turns out the first reports of a Red Tide like ocean was from a Spanish explorer sometime in the 1600s. First scientifically proven red tide was in the mid 1800s. Don't think there were sugar barons in the 1600s As for the dairy farms I'll have to ask my Daughter, She pretty much runs the Southeast Milk lab near Belleview. I do know the EPA regs killed the smaller dairies as they couldn't, or wouldn't, shell out the $$$ needed to remain compliant. Near my folk's home in Summerfield there were 5 small dairies within just a few miles, The remnants of a couple can be seen South of Belleview on 301.
I'm telling you, this will be a close election. No doubt to offset the whole "first black Gov nominee," DeSantis chose another minority. Nominees who are confident of winning don't make these kind of selections. Interesting.
With the polarization it will be close but no matter how much money Soros and them spend on this governor race I just don't think FL will be electing anyone that has pushed socialist views that hard. I could see it being like 51% to 48% however which is crazy itself.
As a lifelong Floridian, the state is changing, particularly in the South. And 3% is ridiculously close.
Actually registration data has looked good for Reps the last few years but it is a little misleading as a lot of those Puerto Ricans that have moved here sign up as indies but mostly vote Democrat I read. South FL is like a different state with how liberal it is like you say.
Nikki Haley was anti-Trump at one point. So not necessarily a bad thing, especially concerning women.
