These are good start. As indicated all players need to focus on school, preparation for the next season, and of course staying within the rules.

Toney probably needs to grow mentally more than anything else and learn how he can be most effective, coaching is very important there.

Otherwise I don't think momentum is that important, but player leadership especially in the off season is critical. QB's have to do that for the offense, on defense it is best that it comes from LBs but can be from a variety of sources.

Time will of course tell.
