I don't like Allen's comments about he is committing because Nuss is going to be running a pro style offense. I hope that doesn't mean we are not going to transition to shotgun mostly the 2nd season like Mac did at CSU and its when he transitioned fully from mostly under center to mostly shotgun that his offense at CSU took off.

I don't understand what you mean. Pro Style can be mainly shotgun.

Gatorfever doesn't believe they line up in the shotgun and throw the ball in a pro style offense. In his defense we never did when you know who was coaching.

I get the vibe they mean mostly under center like you saw with Nuss where he mostly just used situational shotgun as an OC. At least Mac went to aImost pure shotgun in the 2nd year at CSU. I am praying Mac takes control of forming the offense after watching Nuss when he didn't have an O line that dominated opposing defenses. I think in current college football shotgun is the way to go unless you just have a better line than the opposing defenses.

I never said that and don't get caught up with arguing it actually. If a team is mostly under center I consider it pro style for the most part.

You guys better jump on his train now, he's the next QB that takes us to Atlanta and beyond. This will help recruit some big time receivers too, knowing that we have a QB that can put the ball in the their catching zone consistently.

It would be great if Grier can do it, but this year and next are definitely heavy rebuilding, especially something key to the QB play, his offensive line, so he might only get one crack at it, 2017,

I'm sorry, but if you can't look at that mouthbreather and realize he is a moron, I wonder about your powers of perception. Add laziness and arrogance to his lack of mental ability and you have the total package.

Impressive foresight.
The fact that all his highlights were scrambles should have been a clue. The scouting reports specifically said he had poor pocket presence and an inability to read defenses.

How he was rated a top Qb I don't know.

A smart accurate Qb is always preferable.
