Every time this thread gets bumped to the top, for a split second I think, “oh, are the semis playing now?” Then I get a good laugh.

The crims are getting a strong dose of "karma," which I suspect will last for several years.

Clown town takes another big hit. That place is such a dumpster fire. A kid with his athleticism and they move him to DE? If I were Xavier Peters, I'd transfer too.

Haven't seen this mentioned. I can't think this is going to end well for them.

Kendal Briles joins Florida State coaching staff as offensive coordinator, QB coach

Former Houston offensive coordinator Kendal Briles has accepted the same position at Florida State, the school announced Sunday. Briles resigned from his position following the Cougars' 70-14 loss to Army in the Armed Forces Bowl Saturday afternoon. He replaces Walt Bell, who was hired away earlier in December to coach UMass. In addition to his duties as offensive coordinator, Briles will also serve as quarterbacks coach for the Seminoles.

Has he ever actually called plays? Certainly not for Kiffy or Art Briles.

His work in Army vs Houston (70-14 loss) has me chomping at the bit for more.

Already a huge backlash with female alumni and students. Not sure if he was ever a good recruiter, but he's got a lot of baggage now.

Somewhat surprising that he would leave his alma mater for the same position at FSU given how much of a ****show they've been. I guess it probably wasn't hard to convince boosters to raise the money tho

Methinks they won't be much better as a result of this

I like your evaluation. Hope Briles adds to FSU's confusion.
