The Clemson player was a backup O-Lineman. Because the score would have been 55-0 at the end of the first half, the clowns were nervous more backups could have covid and they could have been exposed for 3 quarters for the game.

Clemson says that the player didn't practice. Nulls say that Clemson docs said he did. Just like Clemson docs to lie about him practicing just to save the team from having to play the mighty Nulls.

"ACC commissioner John Swofford told ESPN that league protocols specifically state the ultimate decision on whether to play a game is left up to the medical advisers for both schools, and if they cannot come to an agreement, then the game simply cannot be played."

Pretty straight-foward. The null medical advisors determine the game was physically unsafe for their players. Now, we all could have advised of that two weeks ago and not made Clemson travel.

Yes, I'm sure there was no influence from anyone else. Keep in mind their asshat quack medical advisors are almost certainly huge Nole fans themselves.

Doesn't matter what the actual facts may be (of course, we DO know what happened). I guarantee you that every null fan will lose their minds whenever they hear "FORFEIT STATE." Remember, they actually believe DM was ducking out of this year's game because cornrows had arrived...

So be a good and faithful Gator and use that term anytime a null opens their mouth.

Dumb Dabo should have had more sense than to offer FSU
the ideal opportunity to avoid the game. Anybody with half a brain would
have never allowed a back up player showing Covid symptoms to travel with the team.
His little rant shows his
desperation to shore up Clemson's stock after his team's stumble
against Notre Dame. Trevor's shot at the Heisman also took a hit
when he was denied the opportunity to showcase his talents against
a terrible FSU team. Norvell says he still wants to play the game. We shall see.

Anyone hear Kanell try to shift blame to Clemson this morning? It was their player who tested positive and therefore Clemson is responsible for the cancellation as well as FSU. And FSU wasn't ducking, everyone knows how bad this year's team is and cancelling the game doesn't change that. At least Matich admitted avoiding the game may have been a help to recruiting by eliminating a humiliating home loss.
He should get the Willie treatment and from this point forward be Danny Kanellllll, with another L added for every subsequent loss.

The player tested negative all damn week.

Just because you have the sniffles doesn't indicate COVID. Far from it actually. We are in flu season. When COVID hit NC, 96% of the tests came back negative. Due to the shortage of tests, you could only get tested if you showed symptoms.

This player could have a false positive based on the week priors negative results. Clemson followed the protocols as teh player tested negative. fpsu punked out. Clemtech was hanging 70+ on their ass with Taylor Lawrence going for 10 tds to bolster the H man campaign. fpsu punked TL and saved their national embarrassment.

In the worst year of fpsu football, they will wind up ducking the two best teams on their schedule and still get ass raped by most every team in the acc. If ever there was a silver lining......

I hope they do make up this game and Clemson beats them 80-0 with their backup quarterback.
