Assuming this is correct, is Grantham overpaid? Perhaps wildly so? Is it too soon to say?

Most of the NFL is inbred and the coaches do not want college life.

With the money we pay out...I don't think it would be hard to replace someone. It's the chemisrty and recruiting that is the issue.

I would pay my off field recruiters top dollar...in college, that's the make or break of any team.

YOu said bigger and stronger. 195-205 isn't bigger and stronger. At best, it might be faster.

The odds of any of them getting up to ILB size is slim to none. But they will be forced to play it nevertheless.
