I know I'm going out on a limb here, but it seems to me that Harbaugh isn't exactly the kind of guy people enjoy showing up to work with every day. I don't think I've ever heard anyone speak highly of their relationship with him. You never hear the words "long time Harbaugh assistant...", "long time Harbaugh friend," or "long time person who is able to stay in the same room with Harbaugh without noticing the way he cinches his belt too tight on his khakis and being compelled to take a swing at him."
