7pm SECN. In what should be a nice, drama free, easy meet tonight, UF brings in Mizzou as their last meet before the mid-season break. Unlike men's b-ball, all home meets have been sold out so as much as there can be, there will be a good crowd for this sacrificial lamb. I have no idea why the SECN choose this meet instead of any of the previous three to air. Mizzou has yet to break the 196 mark versus UF pushing the 198 mark. Barring complete catastrophe should be a yawner. Not sure if Rowland will use this "gimmie" as an opportunity to get some others an opportunity, namely the freshman, and rest athletes or if she will keep the line-ups the same knowing we are going into a bye week. Should be about the only suspense of this meet. I will be interested to see if Trinity Thomas gets back on track, after having 2 bad weeks in a row, she needs to get mentally right again for the home stretch. Because of Oklahoma's poor performance last week, UF now has almost a half point lead over any other team (a huge margin in gymnastics). So could be an opportunity to further solidify their standing. Regardless, they are in no danger of slipping out 1st tonight. Go Gators!

It was a good meet for Florida, who managed to improve on last weeks slipping landings with mostly sticks and near sticks. Tiffany got robbed already sharing the bars title, but otherwise win everything else. But that gave Senior Megan Skaggs the bars title for her 9.925.

All in all a very good meet for Florida, getting the country’s highest score this year at 197.85.
