Since I don't archery hunt, my season starts next Saturday.

Get out of the house and away from the temptation to watch Gators bull fighter defensive scheme.

Ole'!

Good luck to my fellow hunters on Gatorchatter!

Holler if you are passing through the metropolis of Arlington, GA this fall. I will buy you a plate of chitt'lins and rice at Henry's.

I could "hunt" deer while sitting on my front porch, literally. Not a deer hunter though. I do want to go hog hunting though. Do you have any wild hogs over around Arlington, GA?

A Buddy of mine in east Nevada. Mussleloader hunting.

Leaving on a jet plane tomorrow, hopefully we kick up a few roosters this weekend in SoDak.

Will miss the opening weekend of firearms deer season in GA, but the weather forecast is too hot anyway.

At work and my game cam is going off like crazy sending pics to my phone. Went to the range at lunch and checked zero on my rifle and my son’s, as well as shot my bow a few times. Tomorrow evening there will be meat on the ground!

It is an Axis deer or Chital. They are related to elk and are originally from India. The emperor of China gave some to the last king of Hawaii and they have some on Maui, Molekai and Lanai. Lanai has 30,000 deer and 3000 people, everyone here. It’s supposedly the best and leanest game meat in the world.

Passed on a young 6 pt Sunday (21st, AL) morning!

Passed on a young 6 pt Sunday morning!

I have passed up a dozen small fellers, from spike to 6 points. I saw a wide racked buck at ~400 yards or so, but was not comfortable with the shot and it soon got too dark to see, so I just watched him feed in my bino's. Rack was wider than his body.

Opening day was a full moon. On the farm here we saw a total of six does and three bucks but no giants. Also. being on Lookout Mtn, two days were extremely windy.

Good Morning Chatterers. Extra tired this FriYay morning. Beautiful day today, bluebird skies, 22 degrees, but we about to get pounded like @t-gator Mom. Enjoy your day.

If they search my house, they will find lots of pairs of gloves (and some toddler mittens too). So, the first question is whether the glove in question is connected to the kidnapper. Then, the next question is when was it found and has it been forensically examined. They may have found it right away on day one and just didn't announce it. Evidence is often (almost always) withheld from the public unless it helps the investigation. If it was just discovered, then why the delay? Why wasn't it found sooner? Was it really well concealed? OJ jokes aside, leaving a glove behind is really dumb.
you can also tell these guys are married with a family of their own. Because they didn’t even ask why there was only one glove, and if there was any chance of finding the matching counterpart. They’ve seen this episode before.

Obviously, the cops would bring four uhauls to your house and take all gloves and clothing, plus everything else from your home.
I need somebody to make a "CSI: Mayberry" meme.

FNC reporting that a glove has been found inside the Guthrie home. How can it be found 10+ days after the event? Has incompetence impacted every aspect of local/state/fed govt?

Excellent find. The fact that this song was originally performed by Temple of the Dog is clearly an homage to both the weird Epstein rituals and the inevitable shift from fiat currency to Dogecoin. Can’t believe they got Chris too.

in fairness, if this Savannah is anything like my wife, the glove was probably in the toaster oven.
