My knees have been a disaster. But I’m following this YouTube guy from a suggestion from a friend. Already seeing dividends. Within days.Hang in there and keep it up. And I know what you mean and being 56. Just ran a 5K but its slower and keeping those ailments in check. Trying to run at least 3-4 times a week and workout. But other than the slight ailments, knee and joint pain, it's not too bad.
