Well my wish for someone not polarizing sure hasn’t planned out. On the 24/7 board they’re going nuts and praying this doesn’t fall through. Here I’m not sure the Schianno idea isn’t being kicked around via PMs.

So I decided to give Napier a chance, decided to do some more digging. At the end of looking at his record, looking at his victories and losses, looking at his offense, I was just very confused. I mean we just fired this guy, why would want to hire his clone? Ru run run punt. Don't give up the big mistake. Win by a point against Last Chance U and hail it as the biggest victory in history.

Give me a break guys. I know Strychnine was just spouting off AD-speak when talking about our next coach but if this is what means by sustaining a high level of success, put me on suicide watch too. Give me a break fellas.

Yeah I agree. I still don’t get the hate at all other than I think he was not expected. If he works out he’s here for a long time. If he doesn’t we’re doing this all again in a few years, and are likely in better shape for the next guy. Players and recruits seem to be intrigued. Supposedly a machine like approach. I’m ok with the hire even if it wouldn’t be my first thought. I think you know what you’re getting with LK and some are just ignoring it. Some of the other names as well.

Considering that he chased but couldn’t bag Kelly and settled on Mullen, I’m guessing he settled on a promise with no exchange of goods or services. He’s Robert Hoover; we need Eric Stratton brokering the deal.

 

I prefer smart and hard working, but if forced to choose one, I admit I would choose hard working.
