Different counties have different rules. You can stick your pecker in a stripper at the Bunny Ranch, but not other places.

 

Stormy touched a female officer - if she is professional, she knows the rules and broke them. For the cop, this could be assault in an officer, could it not?

If this happens with other travelling strippers on the circuit, then it is a fail by the club and her manager to keep a performer aware of local laws. And if it happens to other strippers, we don’t hear about it, like we shouldn’t hear (or care) about this instance.

 

Another take, Stormy wanted to get arrested. She's out of the spotlight now and the worst publicity is no publicity. Since modesty or a few hours in the clink is not an issue, this venue provided an opportunity to get on the national news again and maybe turn that into large bucks.

 

I prosecuted a few of these in Orlando. Hated them. Excuse for a cop to spend hundreds of tax dollars at a gentlemen’s club then charge the dancer for a little bit of touching.

It’s BS but I doubt it’s selective enforcement or that she was targeted.
