Your team has beat EXACTLY one "decent" team this year. The same team that Bama beat by 29. We also beat UGA by 7 and shut out Mizzou 34-0. The Gators are worse than Vandy this year so you should probably sit this one out... ;)Didn't your bitch ass team lose to Vandy?

Me too....

You just captured the life of being a gator fan in the good old days. Otis on the radio. Halberstein writing about the games in great detail. All the stats every Sunday. Tom McEwens Tribune storis about the gators. My dad said Woodruff was a good coach, too. Carlos is a friend on FB for me. I get some great comments from him at times. As for UF leaving the SEC. It certainly not our SEC from days gone by but its the best thing we still have going. sec sec secWelp. They say the Golden Age was when Woodruff was coach. You know we were charter members of the SEC and did not win a conference title until SOS did it in 91? But what I remember was Ray Graves, SOS, John Reaves, Carlos Alvarez, et al. Football was a once a week affair. Dress in sports coat, button down collar and regimental tie with khaki pants. Sit in block seating. Cheer or boo. Yell two bits then go home and be done with it for a week or two until there was another home game. Few games on TV. Listen to away games on WRUF. Hope for enough wins to get to a bowl. Football games were fun. Homecoming was a week long. Then you didn't care for 8 months. No recruiting news. No scandals. The only time you thought about the team was when Reaves or Alvarez happened to be class with you. Very healthy interactions.
That's why Durty is attracted to her...His sister was actually his brother before the surgery though![]()

Dear Board,
I will restate my position,
1st We need a great prez, anyway lombardi or another Tigert can show up?
2nd We need a great prez to find a great AD, (Ray Graves is the model).
3rd It takes a great prez and Ad to reel in a great coach, talent can see talent.
I don t see any of this happening for 3-4 years.
I ask you again, if we return to the post 1929-53 days, in terms of our program, is this your vision of Gator football? How many people will line up to watch this kind of Gator football, or write checks?
If we become a cellar dweller low recruiting ranking will become the norm, locking us in the basement till a really great coach can convince 4 and 5 star players to consider us again and only get the best players out of the portal, instead of desperation to have an 85 man roster.
All this brings me back to can we do this in the present SEC?
We waited more than 25 years between Backman (1928, 8-1) and the coming of Woodruf 1953 I think, I ask you can our program last in the SEC as a doormat?
The only other option I see is another Conf where our talent and coaching can match up.
I admire the fans that can accept the status quo, I can t. I want some hope sooner than later, I don t know how many years I can wait. SOS and Meyer inherited good rosters, will the next coach?
Summing it up if the management at present is more interested in paying the bills, being Title 9 friendly, and no NCAA compliance problems. If we want to see the Gators overpowering people, we ll have to dig deep into U-Tube.
Thank you for letting me say my peace, I hope I m wrong and in 2 or so years we re playing at a 1996 level. If not I ve stated the option, and left it with you other fans.
Have a Great Gator Day!

you can also tell these guys are married with a family of their own. Because they didn’t even ask why there was only one glove, and if there was any chance of finding the matching counterpart. They’ve seen this episode before.AlexDaGator said:If they search my house, they will find lots of pairs of gloves (and some toddler mittens too). So, the first question is whether the glove in question is connected to the kidnapper. Then, the next question is when was it found and has it been forensically examined. They may have found it right away on day one and just didn't announce it. Evidence is often (almost always) withheld from the public unless it helps the investigation. If it was just discovered, then why the delay? Why wasn't it found sooner? Was it really well concealed? OJ jokes aside, leaving a glove behind is really dumb.

in fairness, if this Savannah is anything like my wife, the glove was probably in the toaster oven.g8tr72 said:FNC reporting that a glove has been found inside the Guthrie home. How can it be found 10+ days after the event? Has incompetence impacted every aspect of local/state/fed govt?
