He doesnt get paid "millions". He probably didnt get paid a fuchsing dime from us.

People act like these kids are getting paid up front. Nothing is further from the truth. Basically they get a package of what they might get from advertisers and even podcasters and the like. And there's no regulation and no uniformity from school to school. ATM promised a lot and delivered little. Allegedly we did the same, hence losing Mcclellan and Norman.

This is correct. I still don’t know all the details of how it works, but as I’ve said before I can definitively say that from my interactions with one high profile recruit, it certainly was not a case of piles of money upfront. And with Rashada,
even if we balked at a number like what was being reported(7-13 mil),you don’t fall all the way back to ASU and a local bicycle shop deal in protest.

Colorado has something like 17 players enter the portal in the last week
Yeah, I saw a funny - while funny to people who don’t care for the Sanders trio - article where Shadeur and Shilo are recruiting and bad mouthing, though not by name, the guys leaving. For anyone interested….

Sanders is a complete sham. Saw an article that he has yet to visit a single HS since he arrived at CU. Relies totally on his staff to recruit.
When his kids enter the draft, he’ll be gone.

Our “old friend” Cormani McClain has made it official. I know many of us were annoyed when he went from a near certain Gator to a Cain, but it certainly looks now like we may have dodged a cancer

BREAKING: Cormani McClain, no. 1 CB recruit in 2023 class, makes stunning decision
He started the final three games of the season, against Arizona, Washington State and Utah, allowing 18 catches for 380 yards the 25 times he was targeted in coverage, according to Pro Football Focus.
______________________

72% of passes thrown against him were completed, allowing 21 yards per catch on average.

Sounds like just the DB we need to continue our 3rd and Hambone tradition.

He isn't even remotely serious about being a head coach. They are looking at an even bigger disaster season than last year.

It's his last year as a head coach.

It's USC and Michigan. The Big 10 is looking for a couple billion in Private Equity money. Knowing what I know about getting into bed with the soulless PE world, I can't say I blame them.
Would the SEC scoop them up?

In college 1999 I think, i was dating a girl who volunteered at the abuse visitation center off 13th year 39th where the publix is. So I wanted to show her I was invested so I started to volunteer a bit with her. Watched a dad who had been convicted of raping his daughter get his visitation in (she was now 15/16)... watched him look at her like a piece of meat, I walked out to my car to get a baseball bat... cop on site, saw the look I had followed me out, told me that he wasn't worth it, and stayed next to me to make sure I didn't do something stupid to waste my life on that prick.... he got caught a month later abusing another child.

I had a child once at Hampton. Blond hair boy. I was told he was the 2nd worst abused child in the Florida system, He was there one year. He was so wild It was like a wire was attached to him all the time jolting him with electricity. I believe one day (Friday) I had music on and he danced non stop for 15 minutes in the dirt near that boom box, I wish I could remember his name. Most abused children are quiet and sullen or scared. I had one boy who was always sad. IT was his dad. His mom was the most masculine woman I ever met. Some kids come to school with baggage beyond our imagination (in a bad way) I called if I suspected. I will tell you about Della one day

My former business partner had previously been a detective with the New South Wales Police in Australia. He did two years in the Child Sex Crimes division. He said every six months he'd get on a plane to Hawaii, lay on the beach for three weeks and smoke enough pot to be perpetually stoned. No one can stay on those cases. Each one is just adding to the PTSD.
The first case worker I had on my adoption case, she always had long hair down to her ass, one day she showed up with a shaved head, told us she is leaving the field, she couldn't handle it anymore.... she was young and naive when she started adn thought all parents wanted to be good, then saw the truth.

Volunteering in the abuse and foster care system, I have seen many people who work in those fields burn out... I stopped volunteering after the adoption couldn't see it anymore
