Franklin: Conferences can play without all teams

kind of figured this forum would already be talked about. I hope their is football regardless what happens.. if a school says no then I guess they'll be out of football for 2020.. interesting if they are out if they will still get SEC $ or whatever.

Vandy is more of an ACC school. Maybe the SEC could swap them for Clemson just for the pure joy of watching the national lament over 2 to 3 SEC teams in the playoffs every year.
