You've got that totally wrong. This guy was told by the boss to give an arm and a leg and HE decided that wasn't good enough.

You are right...but, how do you "fall in to a wood chipper"? Could be a Darwin Award candidate...

I'm guessing he was shoving some branches in and either got his sleeve stuck on something and was pulled in, or he just pushed the branches a little too far and got snagged. All joking aside, pretty awful way to go.
