Lane Kiffin getting sued...

Weird. How exactly did Kiffin "force" him to play. You can't really do that, unless you have people physically carry you onto the field. At any rate, all legal defense on this will be covered by insurance, so Kiffin is unlikely to be hurt by this at all.

He could have told him if he doesn't play he is off the team and loses his scholarship. The kid may or may not have known if that is even really possible. I agree it won't hurt him financially, but if this comes out as true, it may hurt them in recruiting... do you want to play for this guy?

It will also do more damage to his future career earnings than he has done already just by being his douche self.

In order for it to be "forcible" sodomy, doesn't that mean that the other side put up some resistance

Perhaps, but the resistance was quickly overcome and the act proceeded for about 3.5 hours.

if not forcible, it sure was public and that's a crime

No way anyone forced that kid to play. He had to have been medically cleared so the doctor might be liable but not Kiffey.

Have you seen the video where they put a sound chip in a roomba? Evertime it hits something, a human voice reacts like when we stub a toe, hit our head on a cabinet, or hit our knee on the corner of a table.
