Still taking an unofficial to UF again.

Well that makes me feel a little better. Maybe he's just a kid using up all his officials because "he can". Really can't blame him for that.

Not quite the norm. By that train of thought us pulling a kid from south Florida should be the exception NOT the norm. I'm sure we're all hoping/expecting to pull several recruits out of S. Florida every year that Miami has set their sights on.

Does this bother anyone else?

May be using it to sway other recruits to us while on those trips? I dunno, just hoping.

So did L. Tunsil. He currently resides in Oxford, Ms. :(

Tunsil was not a life long Gator, you have to know and have watched the kid play in high school, like I have. If he does not come to Florida, that will be a big shock, not that he does for sure. Kid has for years bled orange and blue. IMHO, he is just taking visits and enjoying the time. Hence this tweet that CeCe retweeted https://twitter.com/BigBendFootball/status/554741796602150912

We have 3 OL commits the first weekend to sit on the two potential OL recruits. In the second weekend Cowart is there... If he is a silent commit already, Mac could be using him to lean on Francois and the two RB's we would like. The third weekend has Rayshad in it, which he probably will commit due to Shannon, so he could do some recruiting.

I'll say this. I'm not optimistic at all that we land any of these big names, and that feeling grows with every passing day. If we were sitting here with even a normal sized class, I could see these life long Gator fans letting things play out and announcing at the end that they're jumping on board as well. But that's simply not reality. We're ranked in the 90s with the smallest class I can ever remember at this stage, and if not fixed soon, will be facing a really difficult situation in a few years when these recruits are almost entirely relied upon. The only way I see them coming on board is if they truly see the vision of Mac and want to be a part of it. But if that were the case, I think it would be tremendously disrespectful of them to stand by and watch our "brand" being continuously drug through the mud. If you're a Gator at heart, help get things rolling again. Even from a selfish standpoint, no one or two players can do it alone. You need a supporting cast that want to play with you and rebuild things here. They're actually hurting themselves with delaying things, if that's really their intentions, which also makes me question them from a character standpoint.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming them for our current state. But I just think if they wanted to be Gators, given the circumstances, and knowing what they're committing would do in terms of momentum, they would've and should've done it already.
