Weird. Why is Lane a bigger loser than Dan? Neither have ever won anything.
Try doing some research.
I've researched it. Dan is a bigger loser than Lane.
So a guy that has been a head coach in the NFL, Pac 12 and two SEC schools and coached under Saban is clearly less qualified than a guy that spent 9 years happily losing at MSU. Got it.
I volunteer to research Layla.
Fair enough. Hire Lane kiffen. While we're at it, let's bring the zooker back to coach special teams; after all, he can recruit. And let's bring chimp back to coach the defense! Surely it would be better than what we have now. Hell, the more I think about it, it really starts to make sense. Yeah, let's just go ahead a spiral back into loserville.
You are clueless. We haven't left loserville. WTF have we won with Mullen so far? The only difference between now and before Mullen is we are paying way more money to go 8-4. Im not advocating for Kiffen, just pointing out the obvious that your argument is dumb.
I'm with you, but we are in a rebuilding process. I am in no way supporting Mullen here, but the process is taking place and we need to re-establish the brand--and it's important to realize that this is not the same program that flourished under the Spurrier and Meyer regimes. It's also important to understand that this is not the same administration. It's a different game now, from top to bottom. I'm really not putting my finger on the coaches anymore, as much as the administration that guides them and hires them. It is what it is; while I appreciate what the University is doing, it bothers me as a fan of football and the gator tradition that it is being sacrificed.
Mullinz isnt building shyt but reinforcement that we are a garbage program of leftover players and coaches.
I really don't understand the Brian Johnson deal. Very little proven success, but some big failure. Lane at UF would be one of the few things that would scare bama.
Yeah. Huge reach but better than settling for a known failure. Joe Brady would be the first choice, but the reality seems to be he is an NFLer. Maybe there is another Brady oit there, but you know or AD will go with the tired old formula of hiring a Saban or Creyer coordinator.
Shut up. Trask says "hello" by the way. He would love to hang out and converse but he's too busy getting lessons from Tom Brady.
Lane's character is a non issue. The question is can he recruit top 3 classes at Florida? Yeah I think he can. Can't do worse than a guy on vacation. And unlike Zook or Chump he's not D lover.
This university would never hire garbage like Lane. Championships wiith In tegrity,.ya know.
Dude, nobody is scaring Saban.
although I would admit it would be great to hire Lane then quickly fire him and leave him on the tarmac somewhere again.
Mullen always was and always will be a mediocre HC. He should be coaching at MSU where they will love you forever with that level of mediocrity. The only things he excels at is arrogance.
That's a nice thought. Give him his head and let him recruit a little, then fire him for cause like Al Davis did. Al said he was a liar and didn't do his job, and he won the lawsuit. Actually, it's the same thing FL should have charged Old Hee Haw with now that I think of it.
