Diddy, the leak in the attic is probably the condensate line stopped up. You can easily clear it with a shop vac....just suction the pvc line where it terminates

hey - not bad here. If you know how to arrange your schedule around the traffic it's not that bad.
The Metro helps too.
But this is now officially the worst traffic in the nation.
