LOL I figured I wasn't alone on this one. Mrs51 was frying pork chops and asked me if I would keep an eye on them for a few minutes. I wasn't wearing a shirt and picked one up with a fork to turn in over. It fell off the fork and SPLASH!!!. OUCH. That is what prompted this thread anyway.

Be careful when draining pasta if you are short, the water can come back at your chest causing massive issues, especially if you are female.

I'm 67 years old and have abused my body for like.....67 years. Don't ask me to stop now.

There is a little country store in Swainsboro Ga I try to time around lunch when passing thru. They occasionally have some good fried chops. I love the flesh of the swine and don't give me loin chops, I like em like @dubster1 likes his wimmens, thick, kinda fatty and with the bone in em. One of the 4 major food groups. :yum:

With the pan slightly tilted and at a low temp for a good while, and higher temp at the end. Mrs. GBM has no patience for this method (it does take a while), so I don't do it much anymore.
