White does this every year: slow it down, try and play half-court offense in tournaments. Granted, it's not a bad "play" to get good at it for March Madness (mid-majors and lower seeds try it a lot, with decent results)...BUT our team has NOT been built that way. We have 4 and 5 star athletes who want to run. Forcing them to run an offense they aren't comfortable doing has us--always--in and out of the tournament early in all but our first year. And THAT was almost entirely due to Donovan's players sticking around.
