Man, you have to like the way this game is being played. Two excellently coached teams with imaginative but not reckless offenses. All sorts of misdirection and other means to keep the defense flat footed.

Seleh calling a solid game defensively for SF.

How does San Fran still have a football team. Are there any red-blooded American men still living in that city?

They’re all just supporting what Kaepernick did...it’s holdover

What is up with the gangsta hat Shanahan is wearing?

The SF pressure on the QB has been a huge difference maker.

Mahomes is MVP if KC wins this.

So... all of KC’s helmets have the logo on the front and back just white. Normally this is where it says Riddell or Schutt. Are they not some kind of sponsor?

That’s it. Not clear why the Niners went for it all on third down. Yes, the guy was open deep but still.

According to my math, Shanahan has now been outscored 52-17 in the second halves(and OT) of his two Super Bowls.

Happy for the Walrus.

If he’d committed to getting dynamic talent like Watkins, Hill, Hardman, etc. to surround his QB when he was in Philly, he wouldn’t be celebrating his first tonight. Something tells me Jason Avant and Freddie Mitchell wouldn’t have been able to bail the Chiefs out tonight.

But yeah, good for him. He’s been through hell as a person.

Man, has he ever. The loss of a son over drugs and getting railed on for being an absent father because he was a workaholic. That’s a huge load to carry.

Shanahan really starting to earn a choker reputation. Not putting it all on him but he’s part of two embarrassing SB losses.
