Mother Fuchs! If it was just weed possession, no big deal but he was charged with gun possession as well, and resisting arrest, Tyreak Hill style.

There was also a separate third degree felony for possession of a controlled substance, so he had something besides weed.

No, because if he had more than 20g he wouldn't have gotten the separate misdemeanor charge for less than 20g.
