Sounding like the D linemen are putting it on the O linemen some in drills.

Condensed version so far:

"Straight to FG kicking Hardin wide right on first attempt."

"Kelvin Taylor in the pit right now tossing a medicine ball, BTW."

"Looks like Bullard pulling a sled in the pit too."

"Chris Thompson with a drop on 12-yard dig on air."

"Now 2 DL vs. 3 OL. Fowler blows by Moore inside cut."

"Maye breaks up great throw down right sideline to Fulwood at last second. Fulwood had it in his hands for maybe a second before it came out. He has to catch that."

"Ivie with a sack on Mornhinweg."

"Sherit with sack after beating Sharpe, Grier the QB."

"Willis beats Sharpe off the edge. Harris' throw too low on the play. His accuracy hasn't been great in camp."

"Willis sacks Grier after beating Mike"

"Goolsby gets head around late on short out from Driskel, can't make catch on low throw."

"Robinson with a drop on a simple out, Muschamp laying into Keanu Neal"

"Driskel uncorks one after Fulwood burns Tabor, but overthrows it. Tabor has been rough so far this fall, to me."

Lot of banged up players. It seems like it was a tough scrimmage yesterday. Looks like Driskel has really raced out ahead as a clear-cut starter. Looks as though Grier is just clamping down second string.

Fowler is virtually unblockable. Sherrit and Ivey are having a great day. Tabor has struggled a lot in the practices. 2nd DB spot is wide open. Quincy Wilson is getting a ton of reps this summer.

You hit the nail on the hammer J. The good news all the injured players, except Debose, were visible and working so they were probably just banged up and not injured severely. Muschamp presser coming soon will tell a lot.

Via tweets from Muschamp's presser all of the injuries are minor and they should be back by at the latest Friday. Kelvin Taylor (hammy) Fri Debose/Matt Jones (knee swelling) Wednesday VHIII tomorrow or Wednesday Jonathan Bullard (ankle sprain) Fri Dawson (shoulder) Fri.
The only major injury is Holley who will undergo surgery on past hernia. Out indefinitely.

Not good that Debose and Jones are have the swelling knees. If they reinjure their bad knee they could be gone for the season again. Luckily we are deep in each of those positions.

I am curious what is going on with Lane. He should be the 2nd back behind Taylor imo especially if it isn't a definite passing down. Jones 1st step since he has been here is like he has concrete in his shoes or something.

I think Jones is going to be pretty solid this year, particularly in the receiving department.

A few more:

"Deep ball has been lacking today. Throwing it, just very few connections. Grier too high for Worton over the middle on a deep cross."

"Orr beats Riles inside for a sack. Treon in now."

"Treon sacked by Willis. Treon deep to wide open Thompson and misses him. Porter got burned on the play."

"Muschamp mad at Tabor, lighting into him"

"Driskel way high on deep throw to Dunbar. Dunbar tried to sit on it with a safety coming over the top"

Lane was in the training pit today working. I don't think he is too seriously injured.

I don't know how Lane is doing on the blocking front. With all the time that Driskel has spent out of the starting lineup I would think they would want the running back to be a very, very good blocker.

He looked OK in the Spring game but a tall RB always seems to block a little better on average. That was their dang excuse when they kept using Jones over Taylor until his injury and we saw the real deal once Taylor got in there. Decisions like this is where we will see if Muschamp is still leaning on the offense some because he is so stuck on the blocking of skill players. They seem to be using McGee a lot at TE in practice but they say he can't block that good. I hope that doesn't mean we have Burton in there more than he should be.

I would say that they would want Lane in there towards the end of games. Basically a bowling ball crushing through the middle of the defense. Nothing would close out games more than that.

I have a funny feeling that if they use Jones heavily that people here will be going nuts during the Bama game just like last season's Miami game when Jones is running like he is in concrete boots again that first step and hardly picking up anything.

Lane has a slight shoulder injury , that's why he left practice a couple of days ago. If I remember correctly Zach said wed or thurs for him. All the articles I've read from people at the practices have said he's doing well in running and blocking, he's had a few dropped passes though. And Fever, you cannot judge or use last year as a yardstick on Jones at all, he just came off a serious illness where he lost 10-15 lbs. he was no where near peak condition which is why they were feeding him the ball to work himself into game shape. Taylor did not sit because of blocking, he was sitting because he didn't know the playbook good enough and needed to muscle up, both of which he acknowledged at the end of the season and has rectified. Jones has looked smooth and fast and running behind his pads in every video I've seen, and all reports have agreed that he's #2 behind Taylor.Mcgee has been playing both TE and B don't worry he's playing and Burton wont be doing much. Carib , I've had numerous knee surgeries, every time I started rehab I got swelling it's normal especially when you push a little too much, not much to worry about unless they re tear it..

Jones has always had that slow first step since he has been here. He may be a good blocker / pass catcher but he is down the list as far as running the ball imo.

I like how Gator Fever withheld all of the good plays from his condensed version.
