Conference room chairs.

Cloth or leather.

With arms or without.

On wheels or not.

TIA.

Smart ass opinions are expected.

Yep. Leather or faux leather, with arms, on wheels.

The material isn't as important as the arms and the wheels

If the conference room is for employees, folding plastic chairs. And make them much lower than yours so you can look down on those peons.

I used to use cloth chairs in the foyer. My clients are older. I got tired of having to remove stains. Yes, those kind of stains. Leatherette it is.

I Always order high back leather with arms and wheels.
Don't forget, lately, some conference rooms have LVT Flooring. Office systems vendors have casters for this type of surface, so the chairs don't go flying across the harder floors.

Leather with arms, wheels, a blanket and pillow for napping comfortably.

On second thought, maybe we could bring our own personal pillow...

Wicker furniture is a much better choice in those situations. Floors are easy to clean and disinfect.

Ditto

The only important thing on chairs is for it to be something easily cleaned. Over time they will get beverage - coffee, soda, tea, etc - and food stains. You also want chairs that can be raised or lowered.
