Just trying to learn a little more about the membership and how it may have changed over the years. Currently how often do you attend Gator games at BHG stadium? How have your attendance habits changed over the last decade, if at all?

Discuss.

Used to go religiously. That stopped during muschamp and has never started up again. It's just such ugly football and for the time, money and logistics involved to go, only to consistently leave disappointed, no thanks.

Hire a real coach again and that will change immediately.

Don’t go to as many away games as we have in the past. Still try to make all the home games.

Last game I attended was at Vandy in 2016.

Last game at BHG was the UT game in 2001.

It depends. I did 5 games last year. This year none. Tickets are easy to get so when I have time I go. Probably averaged 3 games a year since the 90's.

Just answer the poll to as close of an answer as possible.

I used to be a season ticket holder and went to all home games plus the cocktail party. Along came Muschamp, and I’ve let the tickets go and haven’t been to a game since. I watch them all on tv, looking for a glimmer of hope, but haven’t seen anything other than fool’s gold since, present dumpster fire excepted.

I’ve mentioned before, but I sit in the same seats I was born in in 1980. My mother was at every home game in ‘79 and the seats are from the late 60s. So I go to pretty much every home game, even when I’m in south Florida.

I went religiously for the better part of 25-30 years. I was done in 2019, but was auto renewed for Covid 2020. Didn’t go at all. Got auto-rolled to 2021 and went to a single game (fsu) due to kids playing football. I have not renewed since and told the UAA every year they ask that I will re-up and contribute to NIL when stricklin is gone.

I miss it but I can’t financially support the SS regime.

I go when I can and it's usually 1 or 2 per year. Was at the Ole Miss game and oh boy was it awesome!

I said atleast once a year. I've gone to 3 this year i think. Maybe 2 last year. Never been a season ticket holder or anything. Just a local that takes on free tickets every now and then.

I’m in a little different situation than many here: Mrs G has a sorority sister who gives us tix for whatever games we want to attend, so our issue usually revolves around it being weekend we can dedicate and getting a hotel room. Our son started at UF in the fall of ‘19 and is finishing grad school next month, but the Mrs wants to keep going 2X a year despite us no longer no longer having a kid there.

Quite frankly, the success on the field will have zero impact on whether we keep attending. She likes the atmosphere and the memories. Having said that, I prefer to attend to see victories.

Was a season ticket holder for 25 years. Been going about once a year for the last decade or so. Vowed I wouldn’t go to another until Napier was fired so I’m not going anytime soon. :sadnanner:

Try to hit 2-3 a year. Had season tickets since 1980. Being out of state makes it difficult, but get to as many as we can.

I get down to Gainesville once a year. Usually a game we are heavily favored to win.

I've had an "inside" source for the Cocktail party since 1991. I went several times in the 80's but every year from 1991 to 2021.
I was involved in an "incident" in 2021 and decided it best to let that one go.

Didn't get to go to any games this year though. Had a little run of bad luck.

When I lived in Florida, I would go to a game every other year. Always had way too much fun/drink's. The last time, sat at the swamp at a table outside and would make the students tell me a joke to use my lighter. Became a thing and heard around a 100 jokes that night. Was quite fun.

Was a season ticket holder for a few years but refused to keep them after Napier's second season. Haven't attended any this season and may never again as it's more difficult at 73 than it was at 37 and the product isn't worth the effort. I watch all on TV as I can walk away or switch channels on a whim.

When I was physically able I used to go to 2-3 home games and went to a couple away games.

Only missed one home game between ’91-‘01. Went to as many as possible (usually 2-4 games) through the Zook and Meyer years. After that it was about one game a year, until Napier. I think we’ve been to 3 games in the last 5 years, and didn’t go to any this year. Unless my kids are begging to go, I don’t see us attending many more football games.

The board has been very wonkey this week. I know others have mentioned it too. Times out or just lags.

Have you seen the video where they put a sound chip in a roomba? Evertime it hits something, a human voice reacts like when we stub a toe, hit our head on a cabinet, or hit our knee on the corner of a table.
