Do you know what breed of cats they use for their leather?

Whatever the Chinaman is selling.
If/when I decide to tackle the seats, I'd rather just have them professionally reupholstered.
Looks like they don’t do Audi anyway. Nobody is more professional than Katzkin....used by dealers nationwide, installed by local professionals.
Bad light, my elongated TT.
Those front brakes are massive.
78 is the kind of guy who likes to go to small local car meets to make us "poors" feel interior about our sleds....
I’m past that. I drive it to and from the office, period. Everyone once in a blue moon I’ll drive to Gainesville or Sarasota. I’ve done car meets. Not really my thing. I will go to cars and coffee occasionally, usually as an excuse to get together with my son, but I’m only there to see the other cars.
Much as I busted your balls about the color scheme, I must admit it turned out pretty damn good and the wheels look awesome. FWIW - I think your idea for the fuel door is going to look pretty cool.
This was more work than I was expecting but pretty happy with how it turned out.
That thing looks good. Any thoughts about doing any performance mods after the interior/exterior? It's gotta be pretty quick as it sits?
It's quick, not fast. Zero to 60's in the mid 6's, which these days is damn near average. Hell, my 5,000 pound Titan can match that. However, it has a shove-in-the-back turbo that makes great sounds, so it's a lot of fun. Mods are a possibility in time. There is an ECU remapping you can get which adds 20 horsepower with no additional mods at all. The step after that would be a downpipe and cat removal, which really frees a turbo to spool up. I did that on my 1995 Stealth TT and it made an even bigger difference than I was expecting.
You can probably pick up 40-50HP with a down pipe tune and cat delete which will feel HUGE in the car.... Quickness, handling/braking and the sound are rapidly rising to the top of my list as I look into getting another fun car. The Shelby is very clunky in traffic(wide ratio 6 speed manual) although when the weather is nice like now I almost daily drive it. It can be a near disaster if you decide to get sporty with it as it spins the street tires through most of 1st and 2nd and will break loose at times midway through 3rd.....by then you're looking at jail time speed and coming back down/braking is an adventure to say the least(better make sure no one is in the lane next to you or in front of you). The whine of the supercharger never gets old though but I've nearly lost it too many times to be completely enjoyable. I need a more complete car.
I've never wrapped anything before, but I bought a roll off of eBay and decided to give it a whirl. Before: After: I also scrubbed and polished those exhaust tips.
What did you wrap? Is that one of Crete's Mustangs in your driveway?
The (now) black part above the tailpipes.
I'm starting to think cooter needs a new set of bifocals.
That's an Infiniti Q50.
