Today we remember one of the 6 dates that will forever be remembered:

July 4th, 1776: The birthday of the greatest country on earth.

December 7th, 1941: A date that lives in infamy, a day that a reluctant nation was dragged into WWII.

June 6th, 1944: The day that, with the eyes of the world upon them, the Allied Nations landed in Europe, signaling the beginning of the end of a regime that sought to enslave the world.

November 20, 1963: The day that saw the assassination of a young president in the prime of his life.

September 11, 2001: The day our nation witnessed the destruction of one of the symbols of our standing in the world, an act finally avenged when President Obama authorized an action which
resulted in the mastermind of the attack being consigned to the depths of the sea
.
January 6th. 2020: The day that the very fabric of our country came under attack.

You're a funny guy Nova. Why don't you drop the Gator act and admit you're a 'Nole? We like rivals around here.

Not wanting to be myopic, but staying with Western Civilization, I’d add:

October 14, 1066: The Battle of Hastings which ultimately ensured the Norman conquest

December 25, 800: The crowning of Charlemagne as the first Holy Roman Emperor.

I had an uncle at Pearl Harbor that day. He was lucky. I remember as a kid seeing him often. His diet was Schlitz, PBR, or Mad Dog, and Pall Mall unfiltered. He was always a kind and gentle man for an alcoholic.

So this where we need sarcasm font. January 6th? Really? Or in the words of a raghead camel jockey from Minnesota in reference to September 11th, some people did something.

The Kennedy date is also false. Nice sentiment , little attention to detail , poor execution . Is
OP an unemployed guy named Dan?
