Nembhard will be the star next season no doubt if he can shore up his defense like they mentioned during the post game show. The man he guarded most of the night Juzang abused him for 29 points on 12/18 shooting. He has been GREAT in his role where he doesn't have to be the guy against mainly WAC competition. His points are down, his rebounds are down, his assists are way down, his minutes are down, his turnovers are way down which is good. I expect them all to jump to unseen heights next season if he returns to another Gonzaga 30 win season, especially in that easy conference. If you look at who he plays with, he takes a back seat and accepts his role which is no longer to be the star on the team thus a role player. He will be back as the star and take more heat next season.

JBoss - we all say stupid things sometimes. That's natural and forgivable. The unforgivable part is repeating it over and over even when wrong.

Nembhard had 17 pts and 8 assists against Creighton in the Sweet 16. 11, 13, and 19 against Kansas, West Virginia, and Iowa.

He is one of the main five in terms of minutes and stats all year on a team in the National Championship game. Averaged 30 minutes a game all season.

That is not a role player, that's a starter.

Yeah, its weird how he comes off the bench but played 42 min. last night. The kid did what was important to him and right now looks like a great decision. 11pts and 8 assists last night with that late 3. He may have been the part that drove them to this pinnacle of winning it all. Monday night will tell. My money is on them in a game they like to play. Up and down.

He was on the court down the stretch and overtime. That says a lot.

Rembrant is just a different Bball artist. While his teammates are darting around at great speed and effective commotion, he moves like driftwood, mostly submerged but always to where the ball winds up. He distributes it or scores = whatever Gonzaga needs at that time.

The kid's an asset to any basketball team. We struggled mightily with turnovers and assists this season. Can't help but wonder how much of a difference he would have made for the fading Gators. Last year, Nembhard's assist-to-turnover radio was one of the league's best. Deal with it.

Most of his spiel is telling them what to ignore. (joking)
It would be great if he had friendship influences that would bring us some "ready-to-wear" stars. There'd be some unique recruiting evaluations as done by a player's dynamism. I hope for the best. Rescue us "haters" from our hate ... rescue White? Give him an epiphany on coaching.

I wonder how legitimate of a shot we have with him?

He can finish up all his eligibility at Gonzaga, can't he? Say graduate school? Risk in switching? Of course, he could play full-time, no studies in Europe & make plenty of dough. He probably speaks French too.

Noah Gurley isn’t being recruited by Gonzaga. We are listed as one of his 8 possible landing spots. Just wondering if we have a legitimate shot at him.

Does the CJ Felder commit affect him at all? Or, is Gurley playing a different position like SF?
