That list does not take into account he had only 4 players drafted on the lines of scrimmage. Of those, only 1 had a good career. The rest only saw a few games and were out of the league in 2 years. What Chip did at Oregon without top tier talent was remarkable. He only had one skill position player drafted. The season he made the title game he didn't have a single NFL guy at the skill positions or on the lines of scrimmage yet played the top SEC school to within 3. The guy is a good coach.
