The Ole Ball Coach is selling his beach house for a cool $5.8 million:

I can't believe he doesn't have a pool. That's kinda amateur. Everyone says, "there's a pool 100 yards out back..." but if you've ever spent time at the beach, being in a pool is nice.

Really cool that it includes access to the intercoastal waterway. Surprised he didn't build a dock w/ boathouse on that side. I would if I had that kind of money...

Last time I saw him at an event in 2019, he was really struggling to get around and be his usual self.

Yeah, if I look at that from the standpoint of a person whose having trouble getting around, it seems like a lot of stairs outside, and I'm sure lots of stairs inside given that there are 3 floors.

One of the chief reasons I won’t be offering.

I dated a super rich chick just after I graduated UF. Her dad had an oceanfront property in Ponte Vedra Beach. He listed it for $2.2 million - and this was in 1998, 99 time frame. Anyhow, he got offered 2.1 million by a PGA tour pro (Mark O'Meara, I think) plus the PGA pro said he'd play a round of golf w/ him at the Players course. He told him to go f*ck himself. He got the full $2.2 million (that house is worth over $5 mil today).
