It is far from a done deal that the Clippers sale is a done deal. There is a reason why Cuban started planting the seeds for his position to possibly back Sterling. None of the owners want to give the NBA the power to strip them of their team. They just need one good reason to not back Silver on this, and it looks like Sterling is intent on finding some very personal reasons for the owners to back off.
