2nd down, a yard from the endzone, one timeout, Marshawn F***ing Lynch in the backfield. Even if the Pats stop you, you can take a timeout. Then you run a rollout pass on 3rd down and give Wilson the option to throw or run. If that doesn't work, you can call whatever the hell you feel like calling on 4th down. But run the ball with Beast Mode when you still have a timeout left!!!!

How many of you think that pass play was called because if it worked either Carroll or the OC would have gotten
genius credit for themselves winning the SB ? I do.

Agreed, Rog; but still not the right call, IMO.

Being in Seattle and not a fan, I saw what it felt like to be a Packer fan tonight. Seattle had that game and lost it.

exactly. Had it worked, I would have called it stupid and lucky. That will go down as the worst playoff call in the history of the superbowl.

I was unaware that Muschamp was hired as OC for the Seachickens.

Except Musdick's brand of offense would've worked like a charm in this situation. Run it up the ass three times behind the big uglies.

That play call was more of a Lane Turdburglar move.

Actually he would have run it. Lynch probably would have had 50 carries

Beat me to it. There is a place for Muschamps run run run and run some more offense, and that was it

I had the Pats winning. And that Seahawks's team was one of the luckiest I've seen in years. And it looked like the Pats were going to be burned on that lucky, fluke catch by Kearse. Just like those Giant's games.

Everything was lined up for Seattle. Then they went stupid on the goal line. Unbelievable.

Am I the only one that thought that catch actually took a lot of skill? He stayed with that play the whole way..

I meant the scenario in general. But it was remarkable concentration by Kearse.

I actually feel really bad for the seahawks. I can't imagine what it must be like to lose a superbowl in that way. I still can't wrap my mind around just how dumb that call was
