Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Mike Bajakian is leaving the staff to pursue other coaching opportunities, according to Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman. Sports Illustrated's Thayer Evans reports Bajakian will be the quarterbacks coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

How much does this hurt UT offense ?

Kurt Roper come on down.

Would not be shocked at all. Cutcliffe coaching tree, and they do love some Cutcliffe up there.

Another Lovie flunky with the Bucs. Why doesn't Dirk Koetter get to pick his assistants. Lovie is worthless

Link, Wray? (har har)

The question you should be asking is "How much does this hurt Tampa Bay's offense?"

This will take Tennessee from 6-6 to, uh, 6-6! They're average with him, they'll be average without him.

I will say this. Their fans really did not like him as an OC. Would they like anybody with that dumpster fire? Probably not. But I don't think any of them are sad to see him go.

Their fans are famously delusional. 6-6, however you slice it.

Quarterback coach? LOL. Don't lose any sleep about it.

Did it ever really matter who Tim Tebow's quarterback coach was?

Or not. Jones is pulling some kind of crazy magic up there to have his class in serious contention for as high as the number 2 group behind Saban. I doubt even losing a coordinator has a serious negative impact, and after Mack didn't get a single verbal after assembling his staff I've lost all faith currently. Maybe this weekend will turn the mo but right now I feel about the same about FB recruiting as I do about the BB team. We're in the weeds.
