The 1946 Lancia Aprilia

This motorcar was built by Gian Pininfarina. Be sure and read the description and look through the 20 photo spread. Gian Battista attempted to show the car at the Paris Motorshow, however the war had just ended and being Italian, he was denied entry. After a 3 year restoration, the car sold in 2014.

That's pretty eclectic taste you have there cooter. My appreciation of cars goes no further back than the '60's and primarily anything that rhymes with Porsche.

This rhymes with Porsche however it pre-dates the 60's
1939 Porsche/VW Type 64

I have a weakness for Lancias and Alfas. Terrible cars to own, but they are all gorgeous. I have told all my friends and family that one day I will lose my mind and attempt to buy an Alfa, and it is their job to lock me in a padded room until I come to my senses.
